At Punta della Dogana, Wanderlust Vision curated a dawn DJ set by Klaus, featuring Serenissima, an electronic reinterpretation of the traditional Venetian Rondo, created to mark the centenary of the Serenissima Republic. The event was developed in collaboration with the Municipality of Venice and conceived as a non-conventional celebration of the city.
The project was awarded during the 4th edition of the Premio San Marco, recognizing both Klaus for the musical reinterpretation and Wanderlust Vision for its communication and narrative approach.
In 2021, Wanderlust Vision began its contemporary Grand Tour, inspired by the historic journey undertaken in the 18th century by young travelers seeking cultural, artistic and territorial discovery across Italy. Leaving behind familiar environments becomes a necessary act to recognize that beyond comfort zones lies a broader and richer understanding of the world.
One of the first and most significant chapters of this journey took place in Venice in 2021.
A city of symbolic and historical depth, Venice has long been a point of departure for explorers and travelers whose accounts reshaped collective imagination. This stop represented an invitation to every wanderer to raise anchor and embrace the uncertainty of discovery - a concept embodied by the statue of Fortuna at Punta della Dogana, rotating with the wind as a reminder of chance and destiny.
