We created an aluminum candle in collaboration with the brand A Better Feeling, developed in Grasse, France.
The project stems from a shared desire to foster cross-pollination between different worlds, bringing together A Better Feeling’s iconic aluminum-inspired fragrance and our W-Blue through a custom vegetable wax developed in Grasse.
The candle’s design was fully redesigned by us and laser-engraved on aluminum, featuring a sculptural match and a Ginkgo leaf detail as integral elements of the object. Inspired by the Ginkgo tree, the scent blends notes of juniper, jasmine, rose hip, long grass, white amber, and fresh moss, evoking resilience, balance, and timelessness.
To tell the story and launch the collaboration, we invited photographer Achille Mauri to capture the candle during an experience organized by the Wanderlust team. Guests, brought together by a shared interest in meditation and curiosity about stones and their properties, explored the candle in an intimate, contemplative setting that reflected the project’s sensory and conceptual dimensions.
